Maa Ambey Rice Mill, based in Patna, Bihar, was established with the aim of delivering quality rice to our customers. Under the leadership of Mr. Shivjee Shah, we have achieved tremendous growth and success.
Transporting Foods and Grains
In order to reduce storage losses, it is necessary to develop and modernize the infrastructure for integrated bulk handling, storage and transportation in India. The thrust of the policy should be:-
Encouragement of mechanical harvesting, cleaning and driving at farm and mandi level.
Transportation of grains from farm to silos by specially designed trucks.
Construction of a chain of silos at procurement as well as distribution points.
Transportation of grain from silos to railhead and thereafter to pre-determined destinations by specially designed trucks/rail wagon (with top filling and bottom discharge mechanism)/dedicated trains.
Declaration of food grains storage as infrastructure.
